Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 4PAWZ Pet Supplies. If you're not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund options:
30-Day Return Window You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Electronic Products For electronic items like our Pet Nail Grinder, the product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund. Once opened, we can only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Replacement grinding heads (unless defective)
- Items that have been used with pets
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at 4pawzpetsuppliesau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
"We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Refunds and replacements are only available for items that arrive faulty or damaged — no return required, just contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery."
Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
