Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within Australia. All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Standard Delivery: 8–15 business days from dispatch for most products
- Extended Delivery: Some products (including the Pet Nail Grinder and LED Dog Collar) may take up to 35 business days from dispatch due to supplier location
- Please allow additional time during peak periods

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia and external factors such as carrier delays.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via standard shipping at no cost to you. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
